April 23, 2005 - The mechanical trades (electrical, plumbing and H.V.A.C.) are
just finishing up and the roofing is done. Once everything is inspected they will start to insulate the house.
This is the new Manabloc ® plumbing system. Red pipes are hot water, blue pipes are cold water.
This system distributes water in the same fashion as a circuit breaker box distributes electricity.
Here is the kitchen plumbing. Red and Blue for the sink. Red for the dishwasher.
All of the electrical circuits from throughout the house converge at this spot, then
go through the exterior wall and into the back of the circuit breaker panel and meter.
