Your website files have to reside on a server that is directly connected to the Internet, not your home/office computer. That server is called a Host. We provide our servers to our customers so that we can host their website files for them. It is just one of the necessary services we provide.
A customer edit is a value-added feature we offer to our clients. Let’s say for example you add a new project manager to your team and want to add them to your website. Just send us their bio. and photo, and we will incorporate it onto your website. Look at it like a tweak here and there, every now and then. It is not a total website redesign or a weekly sale campaign.
That depends on the complexity of your website and the communication between us. We can usually deliver the average small business website within a few weeks.
No. All of our websites are custom designed specifically for your business. No templates or cookie cutter websites. We will consult with you and have a full understanding of what you do and what you expect before we start.
In most cases, yes we can. We will need access to your existing website host or move the website to our server. Contact us and we will be happy to discuss any options available.
If you have one of our CMS designed websites, you can edit it without coding anything. You will need to have knowledge of WordPress and site editors. Hosting fees still apply. Also, if you break it, an hourly charge may be assessed for any repair needed.
All of the sites we build have pertinent information in the ‘Title Tag” and “Meta Tags” to enable the website to be indexed by search engines. We do not guarantee favorable placement in any search engine, as we have no control over their ever-changing algorithms. Nor does anyone else.
